Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, special orders or any reason other than a faulty item.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order with details of the issue and supporting evidence (such as photos).
Faulty items must be returned to us for inspection. Once received, the item will be assessed to determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing defect.
